  •  Common Lashing Gears
  •  Examples of Lashing Patterns
  •  Berthing and unberthing operations
  •  Practical exercise – manual lifting (kinetics)
  •  Practical exercise – signalling

  •  Fixing/removing cones, manual twistlocks and semi-auto twistlocks
  •  Fixing/dismantling turnbuckle/bar and chain lashing
  •  Fixing/infixing bridge fittings
